This is just what I was looking for to put at the edges of some mirrors I have, where water damage has affected the gilding at the edges. Just be careful when handling as it is sharp. I have heavy duty metal scissors and was able to cut it with these. This would be useful for a wide variety of diy and crafting type products. I am very happy with this.

I got this to use on a diy project as an edging material, the steel is actually quite thick ( make sure you have something suitable to cut it) and coiled up has a slight spring to it, edges can be very sharp and wearing gloves is advisable.

I got this trim to save a large mirror that is in good shape, but has some water staining on the bottom that wouldn't clean out. The only option was to change the mirror at a substantial cost. Having it cut short was not a viable option. This strip was easy to install and completely covered the water staining. I used a soft rag to smooth it out and after installation applied caulking to the edges to seal out water, since it's being used on a bathroom mirror. All in all very happy with this trim. Recommend.
