I found these to be well made and easy to install. These appear to be sanding sealed, so they require additional prep for staining.

I was very hesitant to purchase this item on Amazon out of fear that Ute hold be off poor quality. However, I could not be more thrilled. I love quality finishes in my home and the material used to make this item is sturdy and looks amazing. I would highly recommend this product.

These are about 1/4" too big to fit where all other metal registers were. I had to trace and chisel material away from both sides of the register for every single one.. The metal ones I replaced didn't direct air at all, they were decorative. These actually force the air out into the room and help cool my home and match the wood baseboards. A serious pain in the bum and hard to find but I am pleased with them after they are finally installed.

I just had a new floor put in my bathroom. I purchase this register cover because the metal ones rust over time It is quality, well made, beautiful wood. It fit perfectly in the space and of course it won’t rust I’m very pleased with it

It is a nice looking vent cover, but there are a few things to watch out for. The listed dimensions are 3" x !8" x 5". The unit is actually 3-5/8" deep; 18-3/32" wide and 4-1/2" tall. The grill is made from Red Oak, but the remainder of the unit appears to be pine. It is well built. The finish is a natural stain (or just polyurethane), not a Red Oak stain, which is much darker. I state this just to make future buyers aware. The damper is not useful for adjusting air flows. It appears to be designed to just close off flow. When the damper is closed, it opens up a hole in the back of the register which would be against the wall. I do not know what purpose that would serve. The grill is mounted to the frame with metal clips vice plastic as I have seen on other wood units. The metal clips work well.
